Thanks.

My fuel system is stock except for 500cc Deatschwerks injectors. I'm curious to see if they affect the fuel pressure.

the injectors definately will not have any effect on the fuel pressure... fuel pressure is a function of fuel pump output at its given voltage and pressure resistence, and the regulator, working together... assuming there is nothing wrong, such as restriction in the return, or an external leak. aside from those factors, the only thing that can effect pressure is if your engine is consuming fuel faster than your pump can move it, showing that you would need a pump upgrade done.

While you have the plenum off anyway for the install - take some time out to clean your throttle body! There could be severe gunk build up on the side facing the plenum.

It caused erratic idling for me.

anyone got the instructions for this kit handy. The CJ website only has the Stage 1 listed.

Also is the return line long enough to come up next to the passanger side chassis rail. The stage 1 comes up through the middle of the gearbox but I run a ST so want to make sure the return line is long enough.

There actually are no instructions for the Stage 0, since the Stage 1 components cover it, with the exception of one very easy part; which is putting the rail outlet fitting on the rear of the LH fuel rail, and connecting the short hose to the regulator. Regulator fittings and mounting is the same, the return line is the same, and the pump assembly modifications are the same.

I dont think the return line will be long enough to route it how you ask, but you can always give it a shot, or make a simple extension hose. Or if you need one made that matches the rest of the kit, let me know the length and I can build it.

old thread bump in hopes of getting some help/contact.
This issue is benig had by anther perosn w my "pwerlab" FI kit as well locally, and also a few others on here.

DE engine, stage 0, walboro 380 fuel pump and 850 incjectors, big power car.

2400 rpm complete stumble.. feels like the fuel totally cuts out for a breif moment, no way to tune it out, has this issue been solved? Whats the issue w the dampers ? What parts are needed to FIX THIS.. its undriveable in a regular way as it sits surrently.
