I spoke with someone at the shop today, and I will shipping my fuel pump basket out tomorrow morning for the 485 pump. I can't wait to get it in the car!

I have DW300ltr pump, AAM S1 FRS, DW850cc injectors, AM1000 FPR and something is not right, 60psi at idle and then drops to 50psi (vacuum line connected to TB) at load (only 2-4psi), injectors duty maxing out way to early, like they are 440cc not 850...

Anway, i am not sure where the problem lies but if it was working would it be enough for 500-600RWHP on E85 ? Am i better off getting this 485 and some DW1000 ? Im in australia so cant send my fuel basket, can you send me instructions, is it easy ? (i did the FRS install and pump install)

Does the fuel basket return line need to be upgraded at the basket itself? its quite small and the return from the FPR is only -4an...

You are near/past the limit depending on a few factors including redline, boost level, etc. Sending PM to follow up for more info and we'll get you squared away regardless.

If I send you my basket to have this pump installed, would all I need to do is drop it in the car? I'd have CJM's Stage 2 FRS. Could you PM me a quote for the pump and install please.
