you have more than enough injector. you need more fuel pump

So just to make sure I have some margin, how big should I go with the injectors to run E85? Or shoudl I just focus on upgrading my fuel pump to the 485 or a twin pump?

Should be interesting to see how all this pans out. It was a nightmare for me to assemble (will get better with practice im sure).

he swapped a 255 for 485 and then had to align the inlet with the hole in the canister.

I replaced one of my 255s with a denso hi flow. it doesnt align with the hole in the canister, but works fine. But for a production part, i'm sure Phunk wanted it all lined up.

A couple were built, no problems reported yet, but mileage and use is unknown.

Max HP will depend on a few factors, such as boost which directly relates to fuel pressure which directly relates to pump flow. Assuming a great flowing system with minimal restriction, the 485 should support around 900WHP - while the injectors would support slightly less, around 850WHP. These numbers are estimates only, and based on WHP using gas as the fuel on our Dyno Dynamics. In your case, using the stock fuel pump hanger, there will be some restriction there thus lowering flow slightly.

They are in stock and we can ship out today.

they maxed one out about mid 600s on E85 on supras. So if you only run pump gas/race gas, you'd really just need 1.

That’d be awesome… I’m trying to run a single pump to make 550whp on E85…
