Diesel engines are good for 1,000,000 miles, so you will be fine. Come on down.

And this was with the STOCK Greddy turbos...no upgrades on this one.
Please give me info on those heads-valves, valvetrain, who did the port work?

BTW-do you still have my stock heads? If there was an "acceptable" engine management solution right now Id be driving down to Forged for some "Stage 2" goodies.

There is an acceptable EMS...LOL..the FCON. You will never need to touch it again, once its tuned.

I will get some more info on the heads used.

Haltech e11v2? Complete with user tuneability, cam timing control, and all the goodies you could ever want. This one is my favorite:

+/- 10 degrees trailing split (Rotary engines only)

Great job Sharif. I cannot explain how happy and excited I am to see that the saga with my car is almost over. For those of you that don't know, I initially had my engine built back in April 2006 by IPP and shipped to me for installation.

To make a very long story short, the engine has had to come out of the car 3times now for various reasons all related to my first set of heads and this second set. I've been through one set of standard ARP studs, one set of L19 head studs, and two sets of cometic HG. The physical work (prior to the current work by Sharif) was done at a local shop here in Michigan.

IPP acknowledged an issue with the initial set of heads and handled the issue very professionally (maybe Kyle from IPP can chime in here because he may have sent me an upgraded set of heads with larger valves to replace the first set that had standard valves). Anyway, the local shop that did the install/labor/tuning here in Michigan unfortunately failed to provide quality service/workmanship on a lot of things and I ended up suffering through a lot of headaches to get them all worked out. I'd rather not go into all the details on that though.

The long and short of it is, I am so glad I took my car to Sharif to get all the defective work fixed and the new work done. He's been upfront with me, very professional, and always provided status reports via email or telephone on the projects.

In the last 14 months, I've had my car for less than 30 days so I am very excited to to get this baby back in my garage and out on the streets. The engine only has about 1600 miles on it with only 600 or so being bosted miles. Here's a list of the car's mods (atleast that I can remember anyway):

Engine/Exhaust -
- Darton Sleeves
- Weisco Forged Pistons 8.8:1 Compression .020 over
- Ceramic Coating on piston skirts and tops
- Eagle Forged Rods with ARP rod bolts
- ARP main studs
- L19 head studs
- Ported and polished heads (by Import Parts Pro)
- HKS Head Gasgets
- Crawford Intake Plenum
- 5 angle valve job
- Valves ??? (I believe they are stock size)
- JWT S1 cams
- JWT heavy duty valve springs
- AAM return fuel system and Walbro 255lph pump
- RC 1000cc injectors
- AAM oil pan spacer with Stainless Steel Oil Return Lines
- Nismo Low Temp Thermostat
- Koyo Radiator
- Greddy Oil Catch Can
- Coolant bypass mod
- Stillen Oil Cooler

Twin Turbo -
- Greddy Twin - TD05-18G turbos
- Greddy E-01 Boost Controller
- ECU reflashed by Technosquare
- HKS F-Con
- Turbo XS RFL blow off valve
- SVRT Dual 3 inch exhaust with Wastegate Dumps

Drivetrain -
- ATS triple disc Carbon Clutch
- Z1 Motorsports stainless steel clutch line
- ATS Carbon LSD
- Draft Shaft Shop Stage II half axles
