I am not sure what year Romey's car is, but the 03-04's like yours and mine with the hard rev limit, don't experience the TB closing phenom. So no, I dont think it will help on your car. It could help on the 05 and beyond, that have the soft limiters that gradually close the TB as redline approaches.

my car is an 04.5 its that funky motor that nissan cant reflash so i am going to have to get osiris from uprev to raise my idle to 1k and then keep my TB open 100 percent
