well, we had it on the dyno and tried to get all buttoned up, but we got SLAMMED with finishing up customer cars ( always come first), but have to fix a couple boost leaks and some other minor items, but she will be at the track soon.

As for the intake, I have more pics at the shop I can try to post up. We didn't do any back to back testing, but we'll see how she flows on the big end. It replaces the 2 top portions of the intake. We port matched the runners on the lower to match charlies section.

Price, have to ask Charlie on that one

Cant wait to see the results.

Today I was at a street racers parking lot and some kid in a red evo threatened me to get a black 350z from Bensonville to come race me tomorrow night for "thousands of $$$"! Lol.

As for the intake, there really is no price ATM. We are ready to put them into production but need to see some proof that it works out on a car like this. So if the results show good, we will begin the painful process of casting.

We can make another one like the one SP has out of billet and hand fabrication but you are talking about somewhere between 2 and 3 grand. The billet one isnt the lightest thing in the world either.

Keep me updated Chris!

Those weld wheels and DR's look great and seem to fit your Z perfectly.

Any chance you could post the size and spacing (offset) of your front and rear wheels? It would be greatly appreciated.

Wheels and tires
MT 275 Drag Radials
Weld Prostars 15x10

Hoosier front runners
Weld Prostars 15x4

Now you just need spacing and offsets.

ok here you go guys

Fronts 15x4" with 5x4.5" bolt circle, and 2.25" backspace
Part # WLD-96-54202

Rears 15x10" with 5x4.5" bolt, and 6.5" bs
Part # WLD-96-510212

The fronts will need a tick ground off the caliper corners, and possibly a very small spacer, but it fits great other then that

Rears, you'll have to grind off a small corner of the lower control arm, as it scraps on the wheel when fully compressed, no biggie.

I'm going to work on her tonight and try to get it back on the dyno for numbers/tuning. I'd like to try and do some test passes in the next week or so and see how it does on the 6spd (before it takes a dump )

What is the record 1/4 for a 6spd g/z? top 10's?

Chris

Intense went 11.00 with the widebody G, but I think MRC Motorsports recently went 10.7 with there Z.

yeah, we knew it was garbage but we like to break records so with low boost on these 67's we should be able to run a decent number. I'll baby it out of the hole and take it easy shifting. We'll see soon

I just checked and fixed a couple tiny boost leaks and we are good to go, Larry and I will get it back on the dyno with the proefi and get to tuning her. I drove it alittle and it seems like it's going to pull HARD
