Not a sleeper anymore

Said when he had the stock wheels on heading back LA, he caused a C5 Z06 owner to show his "WTF" face

I didn't see anything about the tranny. Are you running stock tranny (aside from the ATS twin carbon?). If so, how is that going to hold up with that much power? I ask assuming you don't powershift like Alberto (or used to lol).

I don't think there is any danger of my shifting breaking the transmissions
It has popped out of 4th once.

Great job Jeremy. Congrats Jason. Enjoy the ride and give us some feedback as you get familiar with the car. Stuff like: what you like the most?
You use it as a daily driver? What daily driver PSI setting? Do you have multiple map settings programmed with the FCON? Is that possible? Let us know.

Good Luck.

I am beginning to really like the clutch. I didn't think i would, but It's really growing on me. I think my favorite thing is how stock the car acts when not boosting. I know people say it all the time, but it's really true.
The car is not a DD, but it has been for the past week just to get used to it.
Jeremy set the HKS boost controler to have a 10 psi map ( i use this one the most), and a 14.4 psi setting. Yesterday Greg (Blasian) and I went goofing around at 14.4. With my current camber it spins 3rd like 1st after full boost ( i thought we broke the tranny for a sec yesterday it spun up so quick )
I could be wrong, but I think the he tuned it for each pound and I can just set the boost controller for the desired PSI and the Fcon detects and maps accordingly. Maybe he Jeremy will chime in on that one.

Overall the car is really amazing. Worth every penny.

Thanks for all the compliments on the wheels guys!

I have heard that FCON system is pretty good.

How much boost do you think you could run since you have a built block? Touching the 20s? Not that you need to, its damn fast as it is, just wondering though.

The FCON is boost sensitive and can adjust based on how much manifold pressure it detects, as can the UTEC.

The only time multiple maps would be required is if you planned on running more "safe" or "aggressive" tunes for different fuel types, injection, or driving situations. On the flip side, you could always just run race gas and turn up the boost a little.

Other thing, I notice that the car have Twin clutch and not Triple... for you guys the Twin can handle 600 to 620 whp with no problem? the Triple is for 700+ whp then?

the triple is the same kinda clutch that supras run 1200-1300 hp in, the twin is fine for the power levels we are at.
