Well it’s officially been a month since I got the car, and I thought I would give a little post build review. The car runs like a top (with the exception of my weird slip instant redline issue the other day). I had a small fuel leak in a Y adapter that took me about 15 minutes to fix. Other than that the car has been issue free for 3200 miles (it’s been on 2 long trips).
The AAM exhaust is LOUD to me. Everyone else seems to think it isn’t bad at all, but I’m an old guy I suppose. My wife seems to love how moisture will condense in the pipes and spray out carbon filth when the car is first started some times after a rain or humid night and completely owns the car port. One thing I find amazing is how quickly you become acclimated to the power. For the first 2 weeks I never came off of 10 lb’s, and now I rarely go to 10 unless I’m in town. I had originally lowered the car, and not aligned it which cause a slew of issues with traction. This has since been cured, and the car really only spins a little in 3rd and not every time.
The car acts very stock-like when putting around, and I swear I would have never guessed that given the mod’s we did (Cams fcon etc). The clutch is still a bit of an issue for me, but I’m getting better at it (I have a **** load of respect for you guys who drag race with these things). Anyway I just thought I would give a little post just to let Jeremy, and anyone else who cares know how the car and I are getting along. I know there is a lot of “nut hugging”, but Jeremy really did a top notch job at a price no shop could come within a reasonable range of.

i always raise the idle on every car. the car shouldnt ever stall. the fcons should idle rock solid except for i have noticed that every once in a while when it gets hot it will search around for a about two seconds and find the perfect idle.

2) My car has never stalled. Usually when i do something like this it's after a 4th - 5th gear pull and i have to jump on the brakes as the car is flying.. It never even bobbles.
3) Yeah it was raised to 1000 i believe. (ill have to look and be certain)
4)I have only ever had a UTEC, and that was on my older TN setup. I didn't notice a lot of issues with the UTEC really. It would act flakey if i had to come on and off boost (tight roads etc). The car would lunge a bit.

I had my cams put in while I too was running the TN kit, and had to bump the idle to 900 rpm. After that any stalling issues were resolved. Now that I have the built block and TT kit installed, I find the idle to be more unsteady and it will and has stalled coming to a quick stop, unless I downshift and gear brake.
Keeping in mind that I am not tuned yet, some of the problem may be resolved once thats done. I may also have to bump the idle to 1000rpm.
Do you get any misfire codes? cel lights?

Nice to see you are enjoying the set-up...your car is sick. I also was back and forth on loving and hating the ATS clutch (triple) after about 3000 miles I love it once fully used to it, couldnt imagine not having it, it holds like a **** and is fine for DD even stop and go which my car occasionally sees...
