Just to clarify... Your exhaust is 3.5" all the way from the down pipes to the mufflers? Also, looking at those picks it appears you don't have resonators. Is this correct?

So... How loud is your exhaust for daily street driving? It's hard to tell from that dyno vid (of course) how loud that exhaust is at idle and partial throttle.
Yeah. That exhaust with that BoV sounds kind of funny...

The exhaust is actually pretty quiet when idling and/or cruising - but it get's REALLY loud when in boost...

Final dyno numbers should be coming today... Some pics Sharif sent me last night...

Sharif has just finished the tuning

I'll be out of pocket for a few hours and hopefully he'll post up some dyno charts soon...

Some people are going to be surprised how much power my 'little' turbos make

Cosworth Plenum kicks butt - absolutely zero issues!

If you had the Cosworth powder coated black, that would be one tight engine bay?

Included with STD and SAE corrections. "uncorrected" was nearly identical to SAE. In case anyone was wondering, I had to do the final tuning on the DynoJet, becuase the 100 shot hits so hard, that our load based dyno can't quite keep up for a moment..and it messed up the graphs.
522whp no NOS
614whp with NOS
15psi both runs.

This is one crazy torque monster. It's just retarded fast with instant boost and spool, and hooks up with those meaty 315 section NT-01's. Loads of fun!!

I wanted to thank Philthy for pushing us a little further out of our comfort zone. He pushed us to have the FCON control the nitrous, and she works like a champ now.

I set the nitrous to activate at 90% throttle, above 75mph, and greater than 4000rpm. All three conditions have to be met, which should keep wheel spin to a minimum. The FCON also triggers a scramble map fuel/timing when the nitrous engages automatically, so the driver has to do nothing....other than point the car in a straight line.

Sharif so does this happen every time those conditions are met or is there a switch for the Nitrous?

There are two main switches to arm the nitrous setup, and a remote bottle opener as well.
