Wondering how the cosworth plenum affected Philthy's torque curve? gains? losses anywhere?

If there are gains in the HP curve there are corresponding gains in the torque curve. Same with losses.

any response on the tuning........ Was this just a straight up install or install + fuel/timing changes?

Sorry guys, been really busy here at the shop.

Yes, the fuel levels were adjusted to equalize them as closely as possible between the two setups.

Ignition timing was not changed at all for this test.

Good to know......so, essentially all the gained power is purely from the manifold!

I would really like to know how and where you drilled into this thing for boost lines. Any pics maybe? Please.
Is it an option to have boost line ports pre-tapped?

1) If you have upgraded fuel rails, and longer (non OEM) injectors, you will need one of these: Cosworth Plenum Spacer Kit This gives you the clearance needed to run upgraded fuel rails and larger/longer injectors.

Looks good!

Can you elaborate on the "Cosworth Plenum Spacer Kit??"

Does it come with the Plenum??
Optional??
Cost??

Different sizes offered (ex. 1/4" or 1/2")??

....if so - what size was used for these tests??
Do you expect to yield different results Depending on size of spacer?? Worth trying??

Additional waiting period for this kit??
Same as MotorDyne spacers??

The results look promising - thanks for sharing Sharif!!

Karl, thanks for pointing this out again...I am getting caught up.
Injected Perf was kind enough to inform of us the clearance issue, and we had planned on making our own spacer. IP had took the measurements, and located the hardware and such, so they are making the kits for us as well. No sense in reinventing the wheel.
The vendor that you purchase the Cosworth plenum from, can offer you the spacer/hardware kit. $175.
