I am already at 305X25X20 ... I dont want to go any wider. The widebody would attract trouble
External Traction Control is my next move.

Hey doug,

Thanks for the pointers. I haven't spent any time yet in the audio section here.

Any recommendations for amplifiers? What amp setup do you have?

Gotcha. So no issues with that size and your VDC? Do you know your offsets and are your fenders rolled? Did you notice a difference in traction going to the 305s?

No VDC issues...fenders are rolled...as far as the offset....I will look into that for you...I am not sure myself. The Drum was custom made...On the way back from FP, I damaged my front rim. Looks like i have to buy a whole new set bacause Maido/Maya does not make that model anymore "F"

Yes....the traction of the 305 is good. The Yoko Advan is good when the tire is new...but after 5000 miles...feels like driving on ice

Thanks for the info. That sucks about your front rim! At least now, there are a lot more wheel choices out there.

Good, because once I get my fenders rolled, I'm moving up to 305s.

Amps.. i can't really say which are better than which.. what you want to look for is RMS Watts and Distortion..

My Setups..

95 Maxima (totalled)

Pioneer Deck
Diamond Audio M551 Components (Front)
Diamond Audio Hex 6mx3 (Rear Fill)
(3) 10" JL Audio 10w6
Kicker Amp (Front & Rear Fill)
Kicker Amp (Subs)

97 Maxima (sold)

Pioneer Deck
Diamond Audio M551 Components (Front)
Diamond Audio Hex 6mx3 (Rear Fill)
(2) 12 Image Dynamics IDMax D4 <--- best subs i ever owned in my life
Kicker Amp (Front & Rear Fill)
Kicker Amp (Subs)

03 350z (current)

Eclipse AVN5510 w/ Ipod Adapter
Rainbow Profi Phase Plug CS 265S Components w/ ZenClosures Door Pods
(2) Resonant Engineering SE 10" Subs in ZenClosures Dual Under Strubar Box
US Amps Merlin MD23 (components) and US Amps Merlin MD1D (Subs)

350z's don't need rear fill.. a G maybe able to take advantage of a rear fill setup
