Sounds like a great time. Maybe when my car has more nice parts on it like yours, I might go

as for building boost, i've never driven anyone else's SC car, so i got nothing to compare to. How early it starts to be build boost can be changed slightly by adjusting the BPV. You loosen the BPV so that it takes less vacuum for the BPV to close and start to build boost. But loosen too much and you'll pop off the boost at the slightest lift in throttle. Its all that balancing act.

Just mark where it was originally and give it a few turns in either direction to see if that helps.

I will go ahead try that next week, thanks !

Wow man am really happy for you dude! I am in the same position and thinking that you were at the beginning of the build and i couldn't stop reading the whole thing. I too want to go FI since buying another car is out of the question since am back at school (eventually i will get a Z06 in the future) but for now i would like to spend some money and do this. Great thread and i hope you are enjoying your build.

Congrats on the nice new found power Chef. Indeed good power was made on the DD, Hal is a beast and has helped us in the past as well when it came to getting a Haltech system up and running.
We got a chance to tune a similar set up on a '03 A/T model and close to the same power was made on that one in our DD machine. Nothix now is looking to beef up the transmission so it can handle better track duties.
GL and report back some track times.
