finished my Cadillac CTS-V 6 pot/4 pot retrofit , wound up needing the DBA rotor, other akebono sized 2 piece ( lighter) rotors didn't have a large enough annulus for the larger CTS-V pads.
I think I just wet my pants.
I don't often use "young people talk", being a very young old man but that is just sick!!
Well hard to top Brian's brakes that are worth more then my car but I did some rust repair because thats my life.
Dude I thought I hated Colorado having grown up on the warm gulf Coast but after seeing your rust pics on this thread I'm suddenly very grateful for the arid place in which I live. Lol. Your corrosion issues are a freaking nightmare.
My cats came off so easy it was almost spooky. The bolts on the drivers side at the manifold had actually backed out over the years. I un-threaded them by hand.
Effin-A bro..... you got problems in your neck of the woods.

Freaking awesome dude.
You ever sell those gorgeous wheels?
Yeah Mic they still say sick. But on something this nice you're supposed to say sick AF. Lol.
Ahh, OK, great. I'll always remember to say AF, like "JDMAF!"
And on that note, isn't it about time to stop with the "JDM" shid? Ehhhhh, saw some clown who mentions "This is my first JDM car..." of a basic US car and threw up.
The ONLY TRUE "JDM" cars are right-f'n-hand-drive people!! So cut out the rambling for IG likes. Uggggggh.

I've seen fresh as fug a few times but that kinda grates on my nerves for some reason.
Today I fixed the leaking driver side cam sensor with a new o ring, along with installing a new upper plenum and nwp tb. I decided to paint them as well since they were out of the car. Running lean at wot at 14.5ish now.
after: Eibach pro kit lowering springs
Hotchkis front/rear sway bars
SPL rear camber arms
SPL front/rear end links (and toe bolt kit)
Z1 Performance high capacity differential cover
Prothane polyurethane differential bushings
What do you all think?
Any reason on Prothane vs WhiteLine? The debate is beat to death, but the designs are different. I'm about to pull the trigger on one, and the prothane is literally like $50 cheaper....

prothane usually requires you burn out the oem bushings and leave the metal collars in place.. garage diy able... whiteline requires the full bushing to be pressed out and new ones pressed in. .. they are sleeved and are the same size as oem...
