How do I determine the actual color (Hyper, Hyper Smoke) of my original 2008 Roadster wheels?

 

Well you can post them on here and let us look at them. That would help.

 

The OEM color is tough to match correctly because it's got a blacknbase layer and a somewhat translucent silver top layer.

 

Like a smoked chrome.

 

Antique brass metallic?

 

You got new wheels?.. Those are nice.

 

You may want to check at originalwheels.com .

 

2008 Roadster = Hyper Silver. You won't be able to get the exact same paint here since the wheels were painted in Thailand using a lead-based paint. There are close matches available though. You can get a decent 2-part rattle can version of an EPA-approved Nissan Hyper Silver from the Eastwood Company, if I recall.
