Default Getting ready for Vortech...

Getting ready to put on a used Vortech kit guys! And boy do I have some questions. I have a 05 DE(NON-REVUP)

1. Kit has a frayed oil line. Was thinking of just replacing both, can't seem to find a replacement part from Vortech with some googling. Any links someone can shoot me? I am planning to get an oil pan and tapping that instead.

2. The outer edge of the cog and pulley has some wear/knicks. I don't believe this will be a problem, but can I get some second opinions?

3. I wanted to do a OEM idler pulley delete..but I am not too sure if this will work with the Vortech Non RevUp bracket. Will it be more work than it's worth?

4. Stock injectors good with stock pulley?

5. Slightly unrelated to F/I but does anyone know the part number for the bracket that the adjustment bolt for the tensioner is? Or can anyone link me to the diagram and I can figure it out from there. Mine is slightly bent from last owner and I'm afraid that when I remove my belts it will not be able to tighten properly

Thanks in advance and sorry if these questions have been answered already...

Replace the pulleys, they will eat the outside of your belts resulting in a weaker belt that needs replace more often

Stock injectors will NOT work, they get maxed out at like 310whp on a turbo so like 280 with a blower.

Thats all i know sorry.

1. Here is the replacement feed line assembly: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vortech-4NZ1...-/381125798785

And the drain line assembly: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vortech-4NZ1...-/131405449322

But those links are to the full oil feed and drain assemblies, so they come with all the fittings too. If you only want to replace the lines themselves then here they are:
https://www.ebay.com/p/Vortech-7u250...Strt/730075011
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vor-7u030-036

2. Definitely get those replaced. It will be much easier to do that ahead of time while you already have the bracket off of the car.

Here's the standard 32 tooth cog pulley: http://www.superchargersonline.com/i...oducts_id=5692

And the standard 3.12 drive pulley. You can go smaller if you are wanting more power but this is the standard one: http://www.superchargersonline.com/i...oducts_id=6822

3. The idler delete is very simple and you only need to make sure your pulleys on your bracket are setup correct. I will supply a picture of my bracket and belt orientation to show you how you will want to set it up. If your supercharger bracket has pulleys in different places then you will want to arrange them to match mine. You will want to double check what length your serpentine belt is, so take a look at your belt and let me know what the part number on it is.

4. Stock injectors will not be sufficient. The most cost effecting method is to go on one of the facebook pages and buy a set of GTR injectors. They will be plenty and people sell them for less than $200 all day long.

5. Please elaborate. Im not sure what you mean by the bracket for the tensioner. Are you saying the bolt itself is belt? I picture would help greatly.

I've also posted many many times.

A High Quality Complete Fuel System like from CJM will work best for you, if you really would like to make Lots of safe Horse Power.

I would replicate everything OldManZ did, especially the fuel system

The most important thing is to make sure the car is ready for the Vortech. Maintenance done and brakes upgraded.

Do a compression check in the engine before the vortech install
