Default “Clutch issue”

When I Turn the car on pressed the clutch in for the first time slave fully pushes out can go into all gears, let’s off the clutch and push’s it in for the second time slave only pushed half and can’t go into gear. When I turn off the car it does the me as above.

I’ve already replaced the slave cylinders and master both oem and Ive added a stainless steel line. Clutch is from Z1 and I have a jwt lightweight flywheel both 2 months old. I’ve also bled this car many times

also feel some vibration from and some flywheel chatter (heard the chatter was normal)
Any ideas?

Did you adjust the nut on the fork in the clutch master cylinder?

Most likely still got some air in the system. Bleed it, let it sit for a while, this allows for the air to settle, then come back and bleed it again. You want to cycle a lot of fluid through since you're pushing the air bubbles down and out through the slave cylinder. Follow the FSM instructions. 5 rapid pumps of clutch pedal, HOLD, then open/close bleeder. Rinse and repeat. I probably ran 2 quarts of fluid through, you can never be too sure. Of course I cycled the same fluid through since it was brand new. The reason you need to wait is because your Clutch Master is brand new, if you don't bench bleed it, it will aerate the fluid during the initial bleed. These tiny bubbles need time to settle and coalesce. I usually wait a few days before bleeding a second time.

Of course, double check all your line connections, make sure you don't have any leaks!

Chatter and vibration is normal with the 13lb JWT FW.
Good Luck!
