local sales first guys! also, I will NOT separate the lip and the bumper. lip is damaged at the bottom as you can see from the pictures but it can still be installed no problem

just a reminder, no posting questions about shipping. all So-Cal regional for sale items need to be LOCAL, else you'll need to move this to the national marketplace and be subjected to more stringent posting regulations.
