Everyone dont forget that the meet is this weekend. I have not seen much posted on this topic so I dont want people to forget about. It is nice to see that it is the 2nd most looked at in this section. I look forward to meeting everyone this weekend and hopefully it will not rain.

if this meet is a success.....(IT SHOULD BE) what about a local North LA Z club? with a meet once a month....cruises every so often...etc etc....whats everyones feelings on that?

Why not join the LA Z Club. We already have chapters in N.O., BTR and LAF, why not SHV? It's a member of the ZCCA. It's pretty active, with several car shows, road trips, tech sessions every year.

 

Dont even mention rain!!! If it does rain I think it might be best to have the meet at the Boardwalk parking garage instead of one of the casino's. This way we could always suffer through a lunch at HOOTERS. If it does not rain, I will eat anything. If anyone is picky they need to speak up now.

 

Monthly meet and eat is my whole intention of organizing this get together. Starting a Shv. chapter is something I will consider, however, I want to hear any other sugestions out there. For example a Z/G club, maybe add in 240's as well. I just would like to hae a club with people that have the same ambitions about performance and style of their car. No drama, and all of that other North LA kiddy car club crap!!!

 

Agreed........I like the idea of NO DRAMA, I like the idea of adding other Z cars as well, I like 240s, problem with those are (in our area anyway) mainly kids (with few exceptions)....kids = drama.....maybe im wrong. Maybe start with 350zs and branch out later....dont want to get too big too fast....just my opinion (most of you guys including myself have been in a million car clubs over the years- so everyone knows how it should be done). But yeh lets save it for the meeting Ill shut up now..........

 

SO SOMEONE (JASON RIFFLE) finalize this thing TODAY, most people dont hit the forum up on the weekend........WHATS THE OFFICIAL PLAN/Back up PLAN..times ETC ETC....
