For everybody:

First how many of you don't have a front plate? Anybody get fined for it? How much is it?


For STL:

Anybody have a clear bra? I'd like to see one in person before I buy one and put it on...thanks

 

i dont have a front plate...no problems yet...but when i had no plate on my black wrx...i got pulled over a lot...so i put it on....but i think its cuz i had a sti wing, black rims, lip kit...it was more eye catching when goin down the road...not that the 350z isnt.

 

no front plate for me also...
they police have never bothered me so far.
I'd liked to get a clearbra aswell.

 

Yeah Alex I know you said ur cop buddy give u **** about it...I was thinking on getting a different front bumper but I don't think I'm going to now. The licence plate is already on there so I guess I'll just leave it on. I would say get that clear bra before u get any nics....asap. I found a guy in stl and his work is pretty quality. I gotta get some repainting done first before i go over there tho.

Guy quoted me $500 for installed front bumper, fenders, hood, mirrors....$75 extra for headlights - I think its pretty reasonable compared to other quotes i have seen

I got ticketed for no front plate in Berkeley -- where they ticket anythng that moves!

Almost ordered a clear bra - just money got in the way -- saw it, liked it. would have gotten it, would have saved me a couple little issues on the hood.

haha Berkeley...thats cuz they could prob use the money at the police station.
