i hear ya man!! i am trying to put down the cigs for good. later this week i am going to go look at a local health club and check out what they have to offer.
this morning i had my last meal at mickey d's.... gonna eat healthy from now on..
*all of this is just a "feeler" ofcourse.. lol, but hey.. i'm tryin

I used to weigh 203lbs when I got back from Saudi Arabia. Was ripped, but I lost it!!! Maybe we need to get a membership together and motivate each other!
