The CENLA region of the SCCA will be holding its annual Labor Day autocross on Sept 3, 2007 at the EVOC center outside Zachary, LA.

This year the event is something different and special. It's being done as a charity event with all profit going to MADD. There will be door prizes for participants. There will also be a silent auction for auto-related services and products donated by sponsors.

I'd like to see a big turnout of Zs for this. Some of the previous events have focused on certain cars (Z, 240SX, S2K, Evos, STIs, etc.). It's about time we have a big gathering of Zs for one of these. I'll update this post regularly as more details become available. Especially with sponsor and food availability. - Dave

Just a reminder - sign up at DLBracing (http://www.dlbracing.com/clubs/regis...e&EventID=2973) early as that is only pre-registration. It doesn't cost you anything to sign up - you pay at the event. Pre-registration makes everything run smoother and gets you through registration quicker on the morning of the event.
