is the borla worth the price? will i see a big gain as it claims ?
"Product Type:TRUE DUAL CAT-BACK SYSTEM (Complete Exhaust System from Catalytic Converter Back). Eliminate factory y pipe and convert it to a true dual exhaust from the cat-back. This results in an increase of 16-20 horsepower. Weight is also reduced by 12 lbs over the factory system."
100 dead on? or is the page off some?

no if you are gonna stick with your stock cats order the skunk 2. its true dual for less than 800 bucks. im not a big fan of dual exhaust on our cars. the pipes are to close together and it just looks stupid to me. so you can go single also.

I got my Borla for about $680 (IIRC) shipped from Concept Z Performance. Go to the vendor classifieds and PM Coz or Gin at CZP for a quote.
BTW, you won't need a magnaflow resonated x-pipe for the borla. You will need a torque wrench, as the tendency of most people is not to tighten the clamps down enough, which causes the "leak" on the Borla H-pipe that some people complain about. I never had any leak issues on mine.
