oh and not to forget the beo's for banquets next weekend. we were trying to figure out a menu thats cheap but we still make money because they are having an open bar for them over the weekend which kills our profit margin

^^ Alcohol is where the money is made in ALL restaurants.
Sure its good when they are paying but when you a set price on food and drinks on an open bar you don't see your profit or loss till after the banquet is over. Which is just ********

who doesnt tip? i cant stand ****** fockers that dont tip...i worked as a server for 10yrs...and i still work for tips now....i always tip big and if i dont have enough money to tip i dont go out
