the story goes like this:
andy and i agreed on a price and i took a loan on it....he wrote the bill of sale and the loan went through...for some stupid reason the checks(one to andy and the other one to nissan)wasn't sent at the same time...nissan got the check first and sent the title to my bank...during this whole time, andy didnt know what was goin on so he took payment with somebdy else...legally he couldnt do that because of the bill of sale....so now i'm in the process of selling the car back to him at an undisclosed price....the car is registered in my name at the moment but i will never take procession of the car
That sucks, it sounds like a horrible mixup. Baller, I just emptied my bank account ha. I actually had to go put two dollars in so I wouldn't overdraw. I get paid tonight though so it's not a big deal.

i was so close to having it parked in front of my house....only a few ppl knew what was going on..i was trying to keep it a secret until i had it here...but this whole ordeal made me wanna kill myself...i lost sleep and weight over it....but i'm good now

yes, technically i could take it if i want but after everything i went through i just feel like there's bad mojo around the car....i just want my life to go back to normal again...plus i recieve my first payment from him today so i'm not gonna go back on it
