its still under the drivetrain warranty, but I've been having my drivetrain issues that have never been fixed since I was still in the 36,000 mile warranty.

Just let me know whenever a good time is for you. I'll drive to where you are.

yikes dude...if that were my car, i would be contacting Nissan USA for a buy-back. seriously. can you bring it and drop it off or do you need to wait on it? if you could bring it and drop it off for me to look at during the day, that would be best, but if you're strapped for time, you could come to the shop near 5pm and i will look at it when i get off work. just let me know whats convenient for you...ill be at the shop regardless :P

I can probably drop it off one day but I'll need it in the evening. I'll just get a ride to bring me to work and back or something.

I had similar issues, my oil pressure would drop, 2500-3000 miles, after oil changes, and I was running synthetic. I told Premier Nissan about it on a few occasions, and all I got back was "could not duplicate". I would put Lucas additive in between intervals to keep my pressure up.

I got the "well we checked it after 700 miles and it wasn't low but we added some for you." So I've just lived with it changing every 2500 miles at most putting purple in and it seems to help at 2500 miles. I just couldn't get to changing it this time until 3000 miles.

Oh ya and I'm putting a remote start on it as soon as I get a free day to do it because 1) we caught crackheads trying to steal an Aiwa boombox from our carport and 2) my car takes forever to warm up in the morning. It loves to idle above 1500 for a few minutes

And you are supposed to go longer with the purple, I think 5000 miles, if I'm not mistaking.

man....they called me earlier this week and said they'd pay salary and pay me what I want. I think I may be going to a dealership. If thats the case I hear a high pitched whistling noise going through the powerband and between shifts coming sooner than I expected
