Midwest Z Fest 2008
It is now "official."
The 2008 Midwest Z Fest will be hosted by Oklahoma Z Car Club in Tulsa (actually, a suburb of Tulsa) August 28–September 1. All we know at this point is that registration will open the evening of August 28 (Thursday), we have Hallett Motor Speedway reserved for Friday (nothing else going on that day except on-site registration and possibly go-kart action Friday night), the car show will be Saturday (on an old-fashioned truss bridge with Tulsa in the background), awards Saturday evening, and we have yet to decide upon a choice of cruises for Sunday. There are a number of other "side attractions" that we're looking into, but it's too early to talk about them.
Mark your calendars and arrange for time off.
We will get a Midwest Z Fest Web site with registration forms up as soon as we can (please be patient).
Hallett is well known as a very challenging road course and hosts a lot of events and it's impressive they were able to book it.
Tulsa is located in northeastern Oklahoma on I-44.
More details to follow.

Will do. If you haven't been to Tulsa, it is, in my never to be humble opinion, a very nice and scenic area. Lot's of hills, trees, etc. I hope there's time for a scenic drive.

I'm not the "official spokesman" but I'll say "Probably". The last 2 Midwest Z Fests included G35/37.
BTW, be sure to check Branson Z Fest- www.bransonzfest.com happening next month-May 7-11-in Branson, MO. There will be cars there from, literally, coast-to-coast and G's are welcome there also.
