Yeah, its like wanting to modify but it becomes border line rice. my judgment is questionable sometimes.
my engine under cover is starting to sag. I'm thinking of going to the hardware store and picking up a couple sheets of thin metal, miscellaneous bolts and washers, and making my own aluminum under shroud. If it goes well I might powder coat it and even post a diy.

I might need to weld the metal sheets together so it doesn't look tacky, however I don't have access to welding machines
My other option would be to order a bigger sheet of metal from am online retailer. I'll keep you posted.

I just ordered some Oracle 970RA CF vinyl from my buddy, i got 60"x36" to get started and it cost me 150 with shipping...A tad higher then Di-Noc but much better product that wont fade and is actually what people wrap the outside of whole cars in...I know in this Arkansas heat during the summer and with a black car its going to be ungodly hot in my car and i dont want to risk it peeling off...however it will pull right off and not leave a mark if i decide to remove it...if anybody is interested in it ill have it next week sometime and ill put up pics of the finished product, PM me if you want to order some as well
Yeah i will post pics for sure...
Im starting off with ALL the silver pieces in the interior; around the shifter, the doors, rear strut cover, silver around the dash, prolly not the interior door handles yet cuz that will be a PITA...then ill see what i have left and what i want to do next...
ive highly considered doing the whole bottom of my car that is painted Grey in CF cuz im not a huge fan the way it looks...I have the Nismo BTW if you didnt know

The nationals take place in parts of GA and Al. Its an event hosted by z1 and other vendors. I guess I want to go because of the free chitt and youtube videos that I've seen lol.
Branson z fest is wayyyyy smaller but its closer. Id like to go because people seem really nice and care about their cars. Southern hospitality, I think so. theres no shop rivalry like in the east coast... haha

Some of you guys were asking me where I got my upgraded hatch shocks/struts

^^^It was a very easy install and it came with all the hardware. I had put the passengers side on and it was strong enough to hold the hatch by itself!
