ugggh the weekends already over! well i didnt get much done this weekend having a major headache sat. but i did manage to get the yard mowed, and some more things done in spare bath im hoping by wed/thurs i will be ready to sheetrock that bish. have a lil more plumbing to do, a lil more wiring, and a few odds and ends after the sheetrock i think i'll be able to see the light,lol. I still cant freaking decide on what flooring/and countertop i want though i think i have it then change my mind.

I couldnt find a gun to buy, so I got a camera Rebel XTi. of course I scored it for about $480... so, its not all that bad.. but still, I really want a Kenwood double din... springs/sways and camber parts. and so on. :/ oh, and I still want a gun. I guess I'll be downtown selling my body fluids soon.

 

? how much can you get for body fluids? i could shoot sum their way,lol.
Im hoping by thurs i'll be ready for sheetrock. I have actually got quite a bit done. Not sure how i want to go about the drywall?

 

the hardest part is going to be getting those large panels in that small space. Anyway, I should be available on Thursday. Are you using green board? I think they've mostly discontinued it because it wasnt really doing all that much over regular drywall.

I cant freaking get one of the fawking valves loose! I put some spray on there to hopefully loosen it up? I didnt want to go to hard and break something and have no water,lol. Im still shootin for thursday, I dunno we can play it by ear as im not going to hold you to anything.......

 

nah, not like that at all. First dSLR, plan to play and sell -which is only really possible at the price I found it for.. I can't really afford the lenses for this bish.. thats like another $600 for the two must have lenses.

actually, I will use my other P&S 90% of the time, and your 5IS is much better than what I carry. I cant really see taking this camera many places.. just too bulky. I got the accidental coverage on it, so I dont mind if you want to borrow it any time.

I think I'll have it like 6 or 7 months. Gonna take that long to learn it. If I really take to it, I would probably step up and still sell this one. Wont make money, but wont lose any either.

 

pretty sure they use some heat on those valves to loosen them.. but yeah, I had to turn the water off a few months ago. I went to replace some seals but the whole thing was so corroded, it wouldnt seal again and started *really* pouring out instead of just dripping at the faucet.

Yeah, this isnt Texas, you cant shoot someone for breaking into your car. Well, I guess you can... But I'd rather have some pics of the thief than making new friends in the pokey.

Still plan on picking up a gun, if I can ever find one. I can always shoot this camera.... DSLR is hard as hell to learn.

turns out, taking pics of a shiny car on a high contrast background is a great way to learn about overexposing pics. :/ oh, and the +2" drop is shopped
