I also live here in norman, I drive the Silverstone/black Z with the nismo V2 kit. Its the only one I've seen around here.
I may be getting rid of it though.

ive lived here since 05. I moved up here with looper and Ryan Anderson. Im married now and have a little girl. Thats about it, finishing school and doing the family thing.

Tulsa would be the closest thing to do in Bartlesville. It may have gotten a litlle better, I haven't been there in years.
