I saw a couple Z's on 39th this Saturday cruising !? Anyone ?

 

I'm usually am out there every saturday. Got a black 04 Roadster with a Seibon CF hood. Names Matt

 

Anyone going to the Sheriff's track this Sunday (28 June)?

 

I would but car isn't runnin right and its too damn hot!!!!

On a different note...mine is a CS '03 on 20in tsw's...I don't remember the model but they were discontinued lol. If ya see me wave or say what's up.

This Sunday at the Sheriff's track on 36th St N and Air Depot Rd in OKC. Plenty of Z's, G's, Vipers, and other cars. It's hosted by the Oklahoma Z Car Club.

 

i didnt know there was this many z's in okc!

 

We had 6 or so Z's and 3 G's at the track this past weekend. Other cars included Coopers, EVO's, Corvette, Z31, Z32, and of course the Gulf themed Ford GT!

 

Damn I missed it... do you know when were doing the sherrifs track again?

Look on www.okzcc.com for the schedule. I just read they have another this Sunday. There are others scheduled too.

OKZCC has also scheduled a track day at Hallett which is NW of Tulsa. It is longer and very challenging with several elevation changes.

 

Next Sheriff's Track Day is on July 5th (this coming Sunday). Also, our Hallet High Speed Touring event is on August 22nd. Both will be great events and you cannot beat the price for what you get. The Sheriffs Track event is $30 ($25 for okzcc members). Hallett is $120 for all day. Check the upcoming events section of our forums (http://www.okzcc.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=2)

Also you should come out to the Fenton Nissan West Z car show on July 11th (next Saturday). Lots of fun and you get a chance to show off your new 370Z. We will have 8 classes including 370Z and G's This event is free to all.

 

I took my old 350z to the sherrifs track 3 or 4 times and took it to hallett with the Z car club last year. I met twin001 in his g35 out at hallett. I agree... the sherrifs track is an extremely great bang for your buck... it's not technical like hallett but it's still a cheap thrill. I doubt I'll make it to hallett this year though. I guess I'll see how things go at the sherrifs track. I'm curious if I'll have oil temp issues without an oil cooler.

I'll see if I can make it out to the car show and take some pictures.

Does anyone know if LJ still lives here? Last he told me he was trying to sell his house and was going to move out of state.

 

LJ is moving but he is here about 90 days longer than expected. Believe he will be here long enough to go to Midwest Z Fest in Denver from what I saw he posted.

 

Someone here sell me your stock airbox. I need one cuz I'm having issues with my popcharger and I don't wanna wait for shipping lol.

i got the stock box and aem short ram im not using.

 

nothins wrong with the popcharger but i keep getting oil on my maf and screwing up my a/f ratio...plus i just got a new maf and i dont feel like going through another one. its just easier to get a stock box in my opinion.


(i know "oil it less etc." im just tired of **** happening to my car lol...dropping 1800 bux to get maintenence and issues fixed today )
