ok so here is the deal at BWW. They said they couldn't take reservations on Saturday. He took my name and said to call about 5:30 on Saturday and get put on the waiting list.

Yeah that. Everything was completely fresh & made daily-- they bake their own breads, make their own sauces, & smoke their own meats.
