The BIG Spring meet will be March 20th 2004!

This year the BIG Spring meet will be in Lexington KY.
We will go to the Horse Power House at 8000 Floyd Dr. Lexington KY 40505 for a Car Show/Meet. The HPH has a great Dyno and will offer us a group rate of $45-$50 per car.This will be limited only due to time. It takes about 1/2 hour set up time per car. There may be prizes for most WHP and "Best of Show" (I'm still working on that).

Then we will caravan to Clay City KY to Mountain Park dragway at 718 11th st Clay City KY. 40312. They will have a Test and Tune night. We may all pitch in $10.00 each and have a payout for low timeslip and most consistant time (still working on the details on this as well).

As of right now we are planning on all getting a Hotel room in Lexington KY for those out of towners. More details to come on this also.

For those interested in meeting in Louisville for the caravan to Lexington KY I will post some more details on that soon.

OK so everyone make plans now to get off work and so on! This must be the Best Meet Ever!!!

 

Hmm . . . are you concrete on the date? Drew (from HPH), several HPH racing members, and I should be in Las Vegas on that day. Not to say, no one will be at the shop, but, you may want to consider moving a week or two up/back . . .

Well I thought that we were set! I talked to J.R. and he said that everything was a go.We were tring to have it another date but Shane at Mt. Park raceway couldn't move his bracket racing dates.So we got locked in on March 20th.

I am planning to come up to Lexington early next week to get all the details worked out.I hpe everything is still set as this is posted on about 10 Nissan related boards and we have people planning on showing up from as far away as TX and AZ.

 

I might be able to make it.

 

Odds are, I'll probably show up to the meet (not going out of town) . . . not sure if I'll convoy to the track, but hey, it'll be fun!

HPH is all set for the 20th also.
We are going to have a great turnout of NICO members and a lot of the local Louisville/Lexington people.

 

Just did a count and we have about 90 people signed in so far.
