Hahaha oops. I guess it's north Miami. Just north of Miami Shores and within 1-2 miles of the water. Better?

In fl you can register and tag a powerwheels as long as you have a title and bill of sale. No inspections, emissionsn etc....
State troopers can fine you for tint that's too dark or obnoxiously loud exhaust systems but you have to be really asking for it.
