oh **** i didnt notice the alliance bbk. but now knowing that and seeing the pics with the snap on truck behind it, i know for sure who that is. guy named brian, one of the first Alliance guys, really really cool dude. If he is as honest as he is a good customer, that car is in perfect shape
Stewart Nissan is a bunch of ****s. I dont usually lash out at people but after the series of experiences I am amazed someone has not gone postal on them. The only reason they do well is the environment they are in. Saturated in military members who have a steady income and love to buy vehicles. FYI to anyone who hasn't dealt with them, beware and my advice is to steer clear.
(If interested in the reason read on)
Event 1: Needed to buy my fiance a new car when I arrived back from my deployment. New to Fayetteville so 1st experience there. Long story short my fiance and I ordered a white versa with a black interior. When it arrived after $300 fee to bring it to the dealership it was white with white interior. We said we did not want it and it was not what we ordered. Service manager basically said tough luck and we are not ordering another one. So lose $300 over an interior.....I did not want to so we accepted the car. **** head move number one.
Event 2: Was offered 0.9% financing for 60 months. Ended up being a complete lie and ******** when nissan called saying they would not approve that financing and I end up with a loan through BBT for 2.9%. (My credit is great) Just bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra 2 months ago and received 0% financing for 60 months plus $1500 rebate. Nissans 2nd strike.
Event 3: Nissan sends a letter saying "seems like we got off on the wrong foot" along with a $100 American Express card to any nissan place for parts or whatever. Roll in there today to buy a new door handle for the 350z. Parts people start with an attitude and tell me to go find them my vin number. After looking up the part, ended up at like $85, asks how I want to pay. I give him the NISSAN card. With a snotty attitude says "We dont accept American Express." So I responded with, so you give me this ****in card and you dont even accept it?" Ended up just leaving. Ill get my parts from somewhere else.
Absolutely the poorest excuse for a business and dealership I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.
