ATL Z owners
Looks like alot of new Z owners in the area...great!
Just my opinion,based on past experience,if your looking for a shop that specializes in
Z's,I highly recommend Z-1 in Carrolton.These guys know their stuff.They have a laid back atmosphere and will offer options on what you want to do.John Parham runs the shop at Z-1.He's a straight up guy.I would stay away from Forged Performance unless
you like to deal with arrogant people that will not give you the time of day unless
you are willing to give them your checkbook.

Did you end up going? I drove up 400 then around blood mountain area for a bit. I wish I would have seen this post ahead of time I would have hit you up. I did see a 370z and one other 350z. Just wondering if either of them was you.

I have heard nightmare stories of both. Heres the difference: Z1-the customer complained of shotty workmanship and customer service was not on pair. This is IMHO forgivable. Forged- Customer ordered a Stage 2 apr TT kit and had a Stage 1 installed. Customer not only complained about the workmanship, but was ripped off and did not receive parts they paid for. This is fraudulent and unforgivable IMO.
I choose Z1 even though forged is closer to me.

Those that actually know Forged, know that we have thousands of very satisfied customers, and I PERSONALLY will bend over backwards to make something right. As another poster mentioned, there are so many "stories" about all shops and I dismiss all of them, even if they are about our competitors. In fact, me, Z1, SP, and a half dozen shops talk regularly and joke around about how insane some of the stories are...we all have them.
If you are in fact, a direct cutomer of mine, and you feel we treated you wrongly, please send me a PM or feel free to call me at the shop. We didn't get to where we are, by doing poor work or ripping people off, so let's stop with that please. I have much respect for Z1 and what they are doing. Great shop, and so is Forged.

you could always get 10+ good reviews but 1 bad review, and that 1 bad review will play a huge roll for future customers. people are scared to put there money into something without knowing what they will face. for instance some places are *******s but you dont know that until you waste your own money and learn the hard way.

Forged is a great shop ! Step into the shop & see the quality work & cars that are there.. JCITY dont be mad because you cant afford an engine/turbo build.. From them
