Cape Fear Z Club Meeting 5/25/06
Hello, CFZC!
I wanted to let everyone know that it’s about that time again! The next club meeting will be Thursday, May 25th 7:30 pm at Wilmington Nissan in the lounge. I hope to see a few new faces as well as the members we have had from the beginning. We may also have a special guest from a potential sponsor there to meet everyone. Some items currently on the agenda (subject to change between now and then):
Welcome new members:
· Timmy!
· Chris
· Others???
Office Elections:
· VP Nominees – Bane Williams and George Taylor Jr. (since both of these guys are freakin’ awesome, I would like one for VP and one for Event Coordinator – Stacy of course will remain our Track Event Coordinator)
· Treasure Nomination – Robby Collins
Events:
· Pictures from VIR (since only 3 saw them at the last meeting)
· Pictures from Zdayz
· Emerald City Z Club Fest June 3rd
· Roebling Road Raceway June 16th-18th
· Bring your calendars! We need to pick a date for CFZC’s Dyno Day sponsored by BnT Performance.
· Bane & George would also like to host a day for the club to get together and just hang out, more details to follow…
Logo Update:
· Choices were narrowed down last meeting, hoping to have a final design ready by the 25th so we can officially get our name out there.
· Web page (I'm workin' on it.)
Food:
· Let’s pick a place to drive to and eat!
I’ll also have copies of the Emerald City Z Club Fest Show Registration Form and I have received requests for club flyers, so I’ll have those available too. We have a lot to talk about and decide on so I’m hoping that rain or shine, we’ll have a good turn out. This is YOUR club and I want everyone’s ideas and opinions to be heard. Without you there wouldn’t be a club!
