Well I might as well try and get the February meet going. If you can't make this one, it had better be for a better reason than " I couldn't get off of work" or " I didn't see the thread in time". Everyone has 27 days to plan for this so I don't want any lame excuses

To the North Charlotte guys(and girls): I really liked meeting at Olive Garden and driving as a group to CIN. It looked pretty damn cool I thought. So, I propose that anyone that wants to be part of that group, meet at Olive Garden off exit 18 on 77 next to North Lake mall at 4:30 on February 3rd. Then we'll drive down to CIN and meet up with everyone else.

To EVERYONE: If it's cool with Bobby and Matt, I think meeting at CIN was a great place for everyone. It's a good central location that is close to a lot of stuff. I also liked going to Murphy's. I propose we go there again and try and make it a Charlotte Meet dinner spot.

Plans for after dinner: Thats up in the air as usual. Bowling is always a good choice, but I'm up for anything. Like I said, there are 27 days to decide so everyone throw your ideas out there.

I think the Charlotte meets have great potential to become big and I would love for that to happen. So spread the word

i talked to bobby, and matt and they said they are more than happy to have us meet there on our meet dates. i'm sure he will respond to this thread and say the same thing.

i'm in like flynn! Murphy's was cool last night and if it didn't seem like i was real sociable i just gotta get to know people then i'm cool to be around (hopefully)

 

It's hard for me to socialize with people I don't know also. I had to change that real quick though when I started arranging the meets haha. Sweet 4 people are in so far, thats awesome.

 

you gotta let me see what that turbonetics set-up feels like on a Z though Derek!

 

i say if everyone seems ok with driving their cars hard then maybe going to rockingham since it seems like they are opening up with this warmer weather!

I am down for this and the drift event. I would like to check out this drift thing first hand, seems like a lot of fun. Also Murphy's for dinner is a good choice there food was awesome yesterday. You know I'm in. Deffinitely wont be drinking as much this time though. Last time I just went overboard cuz it was my last day of real freedom before the semester started back. Anyway, everybody who will, contact a user on here named gboger and try to get his *** to come. He's a really cool dude I work with that has an 06 Z. I tried to get him to come to the one this time but I think he felt like he wouldn't fit in or somethin. I agree with derek too, seein all of the Z's rollin down 77 was awesome. I felt like I was in a biker gang or something without the leather.

 

I guess i'm in too but djsmitty, i am gonna have to call to get directions becuase you guys are doing this at a 2-2 1/2 hour drive from me, lol.
man its gonna be good to do something like this before i got to go back to iraq.I will at least get to have some pictures and a real fun memorie, also i am in for the drift event just gotta find out when/where.
