Found a place. Final Finish.

705 Matthews Township Pkwy
Matthews, NC 28105
(704) 814-9477

Owner owns 300ZX TT and will be glad to help you out. He said he will slide all the visual inspection as long as your Z doens't throw out codes. So put your cats back on if you haven't done it

I already asked him since I have TP, he said he can't..
But I heard this other dude's shop just pass everyone without even looking what's under the hood. Also he uses his own shop car to scan codes so your 'service soon', 'engine explode in 30sec' light won't even matter
I will find this shop for you....
