Well guys I finally started the headlights today. Wow, that sti lens make a HUGE difference in the cutoff. Im painting them gloss black, stil lens, and the white ccfl. Ill post pics probably in a couple days when they are all done. And what a pain in the *** it is to pull those covers off. I had to throw them in the oven like 4 times.

 

Throw them in the oven as many times as it takes, just keep prying them off. Be sure to let the paint cure fully before putting them back together.

Be sure to seal up everything when you're done. Use a lot of silicone- the extra can always be taken off with a razor knife after the fact.

 

^ Yeah, I started using the heat gun, and it was actually working, just too slow. So I threw them in there. The longest 8 minutes of my life watching them in there. I called you like 3 times today for questions, thanks for answering bud. Here are some teasers

Yeah I think that I am going to leave it. Im not really sure if I like it, but it looked good on ghosts car. Plus it hides alot of the little reflectors and the bulb.

^ Damn that sux. Someone stole my tire stem caps at Nopi at Moroso. I sometimes take my antenna off when I go to places like that. Too many punk kids that dont respect other people stuff.
