Yes I was talking about the HID bulbs when I asked about the 12k. Your turn signal bulb question is what started my whole mess of a chain reaction. Glad you told me they would like purple! I look like a fairy already let alone having purple headlights

^haha. If you really wanted to change the bulbs, I would not suggest anything about 6k. If you want a clear, sharp, blue cutoff. Then buy the sti replica lenses and swap them out with the stock bulbs. The stock lenses have ripples in them, which doesnt create a very sharp blue cutoff.

4300k is about as pure white as hid bulbs get. the higher the k, the closer to purple they become. considering purple is darker than white, the higher the k you go, the darker the light you project, thus reducing visibility. I've heard the 6000k replacements are a nice upgrade though. And definately agree with Vinny on the sti lens. Now if only I could score a set of '06 lights for cheap.....

I believe mizzle has 06+ lights.
Mizzle check here for the lenses. Offer him 60 shipped and he will take it.

there is a place in vero that did some work on my ex's car and he did a fantastic job! I belive his place is called Joe's Autobody. He is located in between SR 60/20th St (east) and 17th/16th St just east of Old Dixie Hwy. The road he is located on is called commerce (think that's how you spell it). He the only shop that I would use in Vero area
