Wow is this guy for real? Jeremy wouldn't blow up at you unless you had it coming BRO! I am all for customer service, and being as patient as you can with customers... especially stupid ones. But there is a line where even good guys like Jeremy will snap, and you must have really been a ***** to get him to explode.

Your talking about a guy who will bend over backwards to make his customers happy. I have NEVER seen a shop with better service than his. Too bad you will never get your car set-up there. Well maybe if your lucky, Jeremy will forgive you and let you come back. If it were me, I would tell you to go pound sand Mortgage Man!

(Japtrix is 3 plus hours away) I called Jeremy at Performance Factory in Orlando, after seeing someone on the post boards recommend them. He was very helpful and pleasant on the phone, and emailed me an estimate. I called him back and suggested I come by the shop to see their work first hand. I was not sure there the shop was located, so I called him when I was on the way, and he gave me directions. When I got to the industrial park where they are located, there are several buildings, with the businesses running 5 or 6 deep, and with the angle the sun was putting on the buildings, I could not read the signs past the first business of each building. I called Jeremy to find his exact location, and he became very rude and said he did not want my business, and hung up on me! I drove thru heavy traffic for almost an hour, to spend almost $ 15,000, and was hung up on! Better to find out now, than after the fact, that a shop doesn't have time to take care of their customers.
Your statements are utterly BS. I spoke to Jeremy today and heard the whole story. What gives you any right to disrespect him? Just because you can't read a silly map? His shop is very easy to find with a little sense of direction. Jeremy is currently working on my build and has shown me nothing but respect for me and my Z and you know what the best part about his shop is? His customer service.

Sorry to hear you lucked out on a great shop. I bet you feel real good knowing this thread just made you look so much smarter now.

Dude take your BS somewhere else, looks like you've been made out to be the liar here and shame on you for trying to hurt someone else for your stupidity! Being in retail myself I cant stand your kind, and would also welcome you to be on your way then deal with you, people like you are always headaches and never worth the business, good call Jeremy!
I would have done the same thing, I have been dealing with Jeremy before he even had his shop and he always answered my questions or quoted me prices weather I bought from him or not!

Actually this thread says more for Jeremy than anyone else coule have said on his behalf... it's nice to see that the almighty dollar is not a driving force in his ability to make decisions and that he runs a solid business.

I used to live in O-town and still visit 3-4 times a year... just pay attention to where you are and try not to be a d!ck when you want help.

How hard it is to turn left at the Volvo dealership, go into the complex, turn left, and go to the third building?

You must have really said some insulting things to make Jeremy not want to deal with you. And he was probably right to refuse you service, because you would have probably turned into one of those nightmare, PITA customers that nobody wants.

I hope you don't treat your mortgage customers like that. Some people.

Wow... I heard the real story to this and must say that the OP sounded like the major *** here. What makes you think because you have a little money that you can treat anyone like they are your servants? Jeremy has proven time and time again not only to be an honest business man, but an honest person. And, to tell you the truth, if you treated me the way in which you did him I would have probably been a lot less kind than giving you just a few "choice words".

Seriously, just go take your car elsewhere, preferably to someone that will put up with unwarranted verbal abuse.

Better yet, forget the built motor... take that $15k and buy yourself a quality navigation system.

yea, i only met jeremey 3 times dyno day some meets and talking to the guy, being so laid back i really cant see him cursing you out without severe merit or offending him. I mean your story just doesnt make sense and kinda gets to a point rather quickly and it just sounds funny how someone can want your buisness then curse you out. lol. Im glad the whole story was said. Because where not dealing with obnoxious people or else you would have some right. But these guys are laid back knowledable people . And honeslty when i decide to get stuff from my car its still gonna be installed by them . Sorry life doesnt stop because you decided to be a jerk.

Seriously, Jeremy is the most relaxed laid back dude I know..He never would respond to a potential customer that way unless they REALLY pissed him off..In fact Jeremy is so laid back , he walked in on me and his wife and sister having a 3 way, and simply said "let me know when you guys are done"... I cant understand the OP's hatred..

We should start more of these threads to show how hard it is to "find" quality customer service... I know I found Performance Factory after driving through the complex twice. I didn't curse at Jeremy or tell him that he just lost XXX amount of dollars. What I did do is receive great customer sevice, great friendly advice, and a car that is fast/safe/reliable.

I've known Jeremy for awhile now...I think the only time I've seen him get upset was when some idiot started a thread on my350z and bashed him for some BS reason. Oh wait, that was you...
