Hey, Alex - if DuMa doesn't end up buying those springs, I will. $75 is fcking awesome. When I start working I plan to buy the Hotchkis TVS kit anyway, taht would save some money...

In an effort to make this run organized and smooth, I came up with a route and some guidelines. Everyone express your approval or any suggested changes.

We should stop at the gas station (Chevron?) just after turning off of 400 to fill up and regroup.

We could take 19/ 129 to 180 and do the Russell Scenic HWY route and then come back 180 to 60. This is a really fun route that takes about 1 and a half hours. For detailed instructions and a map, shoot me a PM. Otherwise, I'll just share the route with everyone at the meeting place and go from there!

Guidelines:
1. An experienced driver familiar with the roads should lead and bring up the rear
2. The lead car is not responsible for setting the pace of the drive. You are under no obligation to maintain that speed.
3. Drive within your limits and your car's limits
4. Do not draw negative attention - stay in control in the turns, maintain a reasonable speed on the long straights, be courtesy to slower traffic, and NO illegal passing. Keep in mind there will be scenic overlooks that are great for regrouping, taking pictures, and allowing slower traffic to get ahead.
5. Avoid running bicyclists off the road
6. Be conscious of sport bikes and other cars behind/ passing you in the two lanes sections

Here is a map outlining the route:
I've removed the map, but you can contact me via PM if you'd like to have a copy for the run.

How does that sound?

It takes about 1.5 hrs for the loop IIRC. Then if anyone wants to drive more, we go back to turner's corner, make that left, then left on Wolf Pen Gap/180 to 60.

I don't think an RX-8 will fit in your passenger seat
Speaking of which, my neighbor had a friend over with an RX-8 who hauled *** out of the neighborhood. I wanted to ask my neighbor if his friend wanted to drive fast, why would he buy an RX-8, but I never got a chance, so I guess I'll share it hear
