Hey guys good news I will probably have my car back by this run but bad news is I wont be able to drive it. It will have a new engine so I have to go through the 1200 mile break in That 1200 miles is gonna seem like a year haha

 

So what ever happened with STS. Who did your engine? PM me if you want.

 

Did STS refund you some of the money?

 

I actually just sent out the injectors and utec to them for them to test it and then they said we could go from there... Worse come to worse put it up on ebay with new injectors and utec of course and if doesnt sell keep it for later use I guess.

You shoudl totally make the meet a little later lol. Saturday is clubbing day and waking up that early is gogin ot kill me.

 

Trust me, when we meet up and get running, you'll be fully awake. I really wish we would meet at 9. Thing is I live alot farther than anyone and it takes a little bit of extra time for me. I just don't like to get home late. The hole run for me last time was 260 miles, which is a tank of gas easy. My brother is coming and I'll have to get his butt up also.

 

^^^ Nobody should complain if Vizage isn't. I am w/ you on the get home late part. I guess everyone have things to do, but this is only once a month.

 

haha Im with Vizage and Duma. I dont even have a car to drive and I am going... Now the question is who is the lucky one to have me as a co pilot since Vizage(Maverick) has dropped me

 

I don't know Alex, extra weight will make the car slower and less fun to drive. LOL J/K.. Alex I beg of you, borrow your dad's Z06 and I'll pay to ride w/ you. BTW you stay up late dude, missing your Z huh? I can't blame you. haha

 

I thought you were riding with Cridda, as stated? That's why I asked my brother. Maybe I got it mixed up. I'm so sorry then, you just said you were riding down with Cridda. I feel bad now.

hey guys i kinda want to go but i was wondering how these runs are? i mean when you get on the highway is everyone doing like a buck 30? if so i'm out. but i mean how fast is everyone goin usually. i dont want a bad ticket or anything. thanks

We cruise about 75-80...I prefer to keep it around 70 to avoid getting a ticket, but its not something you need to worry about. And once we hit the back roads, I'd describe the driving as spirited - fast enough to be fun but not dangerously fast

 

I'm not sure I'll be there.. I had a little mishap this past weekend. I rolled backwards into the end of a concrete wall. The left side of my nice HKS exhaust is in the process of getting repaired.. not sure if it will be done in time.

I won't go into the details, suffice to say I was being stupid...although I remember little of it.

Its mostly z's we got some other cars that show up. We just all have a good time like dkmesa its mostly spirited driving.
