Thank God Chris came out of that alright. Other than that unfortunate event it was a fun day. It was nice meeting/ seeing everyone. I look forward to heading up there again soon.
I will let y'all know tonight if our fellow member can help us out with an FTP to upload pictures.

I always feel somewhat nervous in the North Ga. mountains due to the lack of guardrails and being able to go into turns at hot speeds. Glad he didn't get injured though, looked like a bad crash.

The turn that Chris wrecked on was COVERED with loose gravel and sand. Route 180 in general (especially towards to the top) seemed to lack guard rails in pretty much every necessary place. Thank God Chris walked away ok.
For the amount of times his Z rolled over, I'm surprised at how well it maintained the overall shape of the cockpit. Damaged shell, but his hatch and engine compartment didn't look like it had too much damage considering what the car had just gone through.
Needless to say, it'll be hard for me to make another one of these runs anytime soon, after my girlfriend witnessed all of it.

Damn, it sounded like ya'll had fun this weekend, and I'm sorry I missed out, but it might be for the best, because that could just as easily been my car at the bottom of that ravine. Hopefully next time though, because I'd really like to meet up with Atlanta crew.

Yes, I'm OK. I got checked out and I'm good. I now have some sore ribs and a small headache. First and for most I wanted to thank Sharif, James, and Jtabraham and your wife also for all your help and coming to me direct aid. Thanks to all the rest of you for giving me your concerns and support. Some of you barely knew me, but was very concern for my health. Thanks.
I'm just glad Sharif was right there as it happened. We kind of got ahead of the pack and if no one would have saw it as it happened, I could have easily been overlooked. For it was down there. Those pics really don't do that drop justice. Thanks for the items you got for from the store. I owe you.
James, big thanks for hanging around as long as you did and giving me a ride back to my father. Thanks for the smokes for the stressful time. Anytime you need something, let me know. If I get to salvage anything from the car and you would like to have, I'll give them to you. Maybe those sways are still good.
Jtabraham, Sorry I forgot you real name and your wife. But thanks for the water and band aids. Thanks for hanging around. You a good guy and hope to be friend. I'll owe you also.
Everyone else, your just as important. Thanks for all you concerns.
The insurance company said they'll let me know something Wednesday. They just have see the car is totaled. They said most likely they'll give me book value. Which is good? Come to find out I didn't owe as much as I thought I did. So I'll more than likely get a big chunk to go on my next down payment. My Dad and I are going to look at some G37's tomorrow.
This was just a freak incident. It wasn't like it was to much driver error. It probably could have been avoided. But things happen. Damn pea gravel. So I hope know one thinks I'm a total idiot. You guys be careful out there. It happens quick, in a blink of an eye.
