At Palm Beach Nissan. A friend of mine decided to take his 2007 Solar Orange Z there to get the slave cylinder recall fixed. He had chosen to take his car there because they are a Nissan dealer supported aftermarket shop.
( Keep in mind this car is MINT only 4600 miles on it and was taken in there without a flaw and is spotless)
My friend Cary dropped his car off Wednesday morning and was scheduled to pick it up later that afternoon. Upon arriving he approached the car to see cigarette ash all over the entire car, He then walked around it to see if there was anything else wrong and noticed they had curbed the **** out of his brand new wheels he had just put on. After starting the car, he had noticed a horrible exhaust leak and began to get furious after all of the sh*t they had done wrong. Turns out, when they put the exhaust back on, they didnt put the gaskets on right.
After he approached the manager to discuss the problems on the car, he was treated with disrespect, and the manager had denied their part in the damage to wheel, and the ash over the car. After being disrespected, Cary tried to come to some agreement with them to figure out how the damage will be fixed, the manager kept denying that they did all of this to the car...
Cary then asked to see the General Manager of the dealership, the shop manager "Mike" brought him back to the car, he had the same story of not wanting to replace the damaged wheel. All they offered to do was try to fix the wheel, which all of you know, is not the right answer to give to an enthusiast. Anyways, we left pissed off and they arent going to own up to their mistakes. What a way to run a business!! I know I could never do that to one of my customers.

that's why i take pictures of my car at the dealership and let them acknowledge them and agree the conditions of my car before i leave. Sucks that he had a bad experience.
