hey I got the PM but I don't think Im going to make it to the gokart/laser tag event. I wasnt able to get saturday off so I have to work and I wont be getting to charlotte until around 7ish. But like I said before if you guys need me to chip in anything or bring anything to the get together just let me know. I don't want to be a leach and just come and party, crash, and then leave.

Now our new problem is lazer tag...our price quote is for 20 people, so if we don't meet that then the price will go up. We need answers and payments by the end of the week or it runs risk of being cancelled. Anyone not racing can still hang out there will be plenty to do while everyone races.
No matter what this is going to be an awesome time and I hope everyone is able to show We put a lot of effort into this so don't go bailing out the day of please!

Guys whats the deal with the Karts?!?!?!?
I have been working hard with the crew @ "The Pit" countless e-mails and phone calls to try and work out a good deal for everyone and now only 5 ppl including my self are the only ones who signed up?
I thought everyone was really excited about this, we need at least 20 members signed up or else the whole thing is getting axed! Thats the bottom line.
These people are already doing me a favor by waiting until the end of the week for a deposit. Normally these events are scheduled a month in advance but I postponed it as much as possible to get a good head count to prevent things like this.
So please don't be shy, if you are or are not going to participate in this portion of the event let Kev or Tami know ASAP that way at least its not up in the air until the last minute and I keep leading on the nice crew at "The Pit" who have been nothing but helpful so far.
