Good day folks......

Tell me if this wouldnt **** you off:

I started working for this company about 6 months ago, I requested a certain salary.... they offered me like... 1/2..... HALF!!!!!

I decided to take the job because I was in desperate need of one at the time...but at an agreement that they would bump me up $10,000 after my 3 month probation period.

3 months passed... (somehow), the partners forgot about our "agreement", after much pleading... they bump me up $5000 instead of my requested $10,000..... and they converted me from salary to hourly.

I was like fine... "F" it, if you guys are gonna do me like that... I'm gonna milk them hours for what they were worth.

Now after a few months of kicking their *** on overtime, they force me to leave early yesterday and are making me leave early again today to "EVEN OUT MY TIME"....

WHAT THE HELL KIND OF B.S. IS THAT???
I swear man, if I had a definite position elsewhere I would burn rubber on this business so bad....

sounds like most companies now a days...they're taking advantage of the economical climate today and are treating there employees unfairly. There talking advantage that there are so limited jobs out there and your pretty much forced to stay put unlike before. Sooner or later things are going to catch to the powers in management. That will be the days the tide turns in this economy and they will be the ones looking for a new job because of mismanagement.

Worst part is that you have to deal with it in the mean time. Job market sucks right now and to look for another open position.............ur going to be waiting in line with the other 200 people applying for the same position. Hope things work out or able to to find something better.

Wow I am just lucky. Was thinking this morning that I needed to make a good bye post that I was moving to Boston. Just got a call and they offered me the choice to stay in S. Florida and work in the office they have here doing the same work. Plus I get the same salary they offered before!
