Wow I am just lucky. Was thinking this morning that I needed to make a good bye post that I was moving to Boston. Just got a call and they offered me the choice to stay in S. Florida and work in the office they have here doing the same work. Plus I get the same salary they offered before!

Hey do you guys have any opinions on the dealers down here? I can't get this POS out of limp mode. It's giving my throttle body and throttle body relay codes. I changed the throttle body and it's even worse than before I changed it.
I'm at the point where I just want to pay someone to fix it. (I'm completely a DIY'er, but I'm completely fed up) So I'd like to take it to dealer, but I don't want to get the usual, "well we have to put it back to stock before we can diagnose it" crap. I'm not pulling off my vortech, injectors, fuel pump, etc.
So anyone have any experience with maroone, weston nissan etc. and modded FI 350's??
Thanks.

Also you could try this. DC your utec from your ecu and reconnect the OEM harness to the ECU. Then remove the cog belt from the vortech, and turn the car back on. It is going to run rich because of the larger injectors but that's ok. Do the idle reset and ecu reset and take the car out for a spin. if you're still in limp mode then it is possible that the new TB is defective or you have an issue with your stock ecu. Also did you replace the TB relay? If you're not in limp mode anymore then it may have somthing to do with the utec. It may need to be reflashed, just save your tune, reflash the utec and download the tune back onto your utec.

Thanks, O5. I'm gonna try to remove the utec afterwork today and see if it runs without it. Then at least I'll know if it's the utec or not.
Unfortunately, the relay is not replaceable. You have to replace the whole fuse/relay box that's under the hood by the battery. It's called the ipdm.
