Yeah dude, jump on the bandwagon, everyone's doing it!
MsLiLBlackNismo,
Well the problem with most caravans is organization. Ive been with ALOT of them, and the biggest problem is getting someone to lead that has no idea where they are going, or drives like a idiot and starts losing people. Who ever leads needs to pick a lane, wait until everyone forms behind them, and then stay there. Not weaving in between traffic. If we are leaving at noon, we have more than enough time to make it to Miramar. And if we are leaving Miramar at 2:30, that gives us 2 1/2 hours to get into Miami which is WAY more than enough time. We should actually have enough time to eat before the show. The point Im trying to make is the point of a caravan is to have everyone in a line together. Hopefully someone can get rolling shots!

Sounds like you got things under control Amy. I'll try and bring a video camera and my dslr. But the show is usually so dark that unless you have a huge flash, your not going to get anything decent. From what I hear, they have turned the lights on in more areas. I hope so.

Ladies and gentlemen there is an easy fix to all your troubles. Its called a 2 way walkie talkie. You can get them at any Kmart or Wallie World for less than $10 + batteries. Tune them to channell 2, and now we have a mean of communication.

Also, we need to break the caravan into sections no more than 5-6 people untill we hit 95. It takes too long for the rear cars to catch up to the lead car in the streets. if the lead car is going about 50-60 the rear car will be going about 30-40 and will catch every red light. If the caravan is broken into sections, the lead car will be able to set the pace and stop to wait better. SuperStreet Caravaning FTW!
