JAX: HIN at Rivalry Night Fri 10/30

lyndon pm me your number, orlando caravan will probably leave some time in the morning in order to meet up with you and others around 12ish in jax. im thinking 2.5-3 hrs so 9am probably.
I usually travel no faster than 80 on highways (as i usually get pulled over almost everytime for 85). But one of my team mates needs extra time to swap over his show equipment once we reach jacksonville. We're gonna be taking up a truck to carry the rims and whatever else.

Hahaha... I seriously drive anywhere between 75 (when theres traffic) and 85 (no traffic). Sometimes I get spirited, but only for short periods... Last time I drove up there with Doug for a Jax meet, we averaged 80 and it only took us 2 hours to get there lol
i really dont have any engine mods but really wanna roll with y'all.. meet some folks and learn some stuff... really looking forward to it but dont know what to expect.. will someone fill me in.. thanks

basic plan for now is everyone meet up around noon friday and roll together to the stadium so we can park together. ill post up a thread next week with all the details.

sad news everyone but the show has been CANCELED. the letter at the bottom was sent out to sponsors last week.
i emailed the director of automotive who confirmed it was canceled. he gave me an email for refunds and i am waiting to hear back on that front.

Firstly, I want to thank you again for your business and your tremendous support for the HIN Tour 2009. Unfortunately our tour this year has been traumatized by the launching of the Rivalry Nights brand, event, and it’s shortcomings on every level. It was our analyzed intention in 2008 to expand HIN within the larger college demographic to provide significantly more consumers and touch marketing to our valuable sponsors. We were wrong. We have had to cancel five of the Rivalry Nights-HIN events including Jacksonville in 2009. We are currently re-grouping and re-capitalizing to complete the HIN shows this year and plan for a tremendous HIN 2010 tour.
2010 will be the 12th anniversary of Hot Import Nights and we have several unique and special events planned. The Hot Import Nights Tour in 2010 and HIN will not be participating in the Rivalry Nights brand or events. We will work with each of you sponsors and related contracts regarding 2009 for amicable resolution and look forward to the opportunity to present our plans regarding 2010.
Finally, it has been a very trying time in the current economy in the United States and around the world in 2009 for all businesses. However, we have faith in our HIN family, friends, and fans to make 2010 the best tour and year yet in the history of Hot Import Nights.
